Cory guided us and provided a great experience. Cory is not only passionate about fishing but wants to teach his passion to others in a way that is patient and kind. He is also well prepared and very engaging on anything in the outdoors sports. This guy lives his passion. You be fortunate to have him guide you.

Cory was great! We had some fishing experience and he still taught is quite a bit. He showed us new techniques and good locations on the Brule. Very friendly and outgoing too!

Corey was awesome!! Reason for my booking was 100% educational - I wanted the how's and why's. Told that to Cory ahead of trip and that catching fish was secondary (maybe even tertiary) to that. He really delivered - from his set-ups and reasons for the various rods, to techinques, reading water, and details about the various presentations we offered. He is an awesome resource, patient teacher, and a great guy to spend time with on the water (and fish to boot). In summary, a great day. Highly recommend.

Cory is an excellent guide. Very knowledgable about the river, the fish, and a variety of angling methods. He's also great with kids. My son and I had a fantastic trip today! Thanks, Cory!

Second to none! Very knowledgeable and more then willing to help you with the techniques he uses. Truly enjoys getting clients on fish and ties lines with a smile, no matter how many you throw in the trees! Easily can tell he flat out loves the sport. He proudly supports our service members. My hats off.

I got the opportunity to fish with Cory Wehrman and Captain Parker on the Milwaukee River and these guys were incredible. They hosted a "Veterans on the River" event for the Wounded Warrior Project and allowed me to tag along with a Veteran friend of mine (I am not a Veteran). These guys were super professional and very knowledgeable about fishing Steelhead and let us pick their brains on all sorts of great fishing tips. They supplied all the bait and gear and they themselves didn't even throw a line in the water because they were way more concerned with the Veterans having lines in and catching a great time. After having a blast with a beautiful day on the river we tried to give them a tip for being so generous but they would not accept saying to the Veterans ... "You guys have already given enough". Then they proceeded to give us all T-shirts (see photo) and a goody bag of fishing gear. True stand-up guys, and I highly recommend them not only for their wealth of knowledge and skills but because of their generosity and big hearts. I'm sure they will be accepting tips in the future and boy to they deserve it, Thanks guys for a great time fellas.

I had the pleasure of going fishing today with Cory he took me and another friend out. Both of us are Active Duty Mil it wasn’t enough that he took us on a amazing trip to help introduce to the sport, but showed us how fun the river can be. I’ve been on guided trips all over the world and his customer service and passion for fishing was hands down the best. I would recommend him to anyone. guaranteed to have a good time and tight lines. Hats off to you Cory thank you again.

Cory knows what he's doing when it comes to steelhead! No one I know can find fish more constantly then Cory. I'm a guide on the North Shore and I was taught by him! Can't go wrong on the water with Cory! See you soon my friend!

Cory is a top notch guide. As a fellow guide myself he donates his time to veterans and put on a great event in Milwaukee. Can't wait to see what's in store in years to come! Definitely will keep partnering with Cory on great events like this.

MUST READ ** I’ve seen and have hired many guides and charters across the country, but Parker (Superior Pursuits) and Corey (Wehrman River Adventures) stood out to me. I didn’t confront them right away, but watched closely as they conducted their guide services to 4 clients for the Wounded Warrior Project. I noticed right away they weren’t there for the money but for the passion of angling. When a client would be snagged on a rock, they’d just hand them a ready to fish rod as they waded out to retrieve the snagged line. Instead of telling the clients just to keep casting and watching the bobber mindlessly, they took time to explain the reason for their techniques and strategy. I could list many reasons why these guys are top notch anglers as well as guides. These are the kind of guys who make the fishing community a better place. If you’re looking for a great time on the water, I highly recommend these gentleman. Tight Lines
